Clothing Cord

NBI is responsible for supplying a diverse range of polyester, cotton and polypropylene cords to the clothing industry for use in drawstrings and decorative trims in tracksuits, jackets, shorts and pyjamas among other apparel pieces.

These cords are available in a variety of colours with end tip options and can be custom made to match colour and product specifications.

Footware Trims

Custom-made shoelaces are one of NBI’s largest custom requests with laces being produced in numerous colours and finishes to suit any style requirements the customer has outlined.

Laces can be manufactured from polyester, nylon, cotton and polypropylene yarns in lengths between 28cm to 180cm.

Industrial Cord

NBI’s knowledge and expertise in the braiding industry places them in the ideal position to manufacture industrial quality cord products with notable recognition in the industry for outstanding strength, durability, attractiveness, stability and consistency.

Parachute cord, also referred to as ‘paracord’ is a lightweight braiding used primarily in the production of parachute suspension lines. NBI is a key producer of parachute cord meeting ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

In-house laboratory tests are conducted during the manufacturing process to ensure that the paracord quality is consistent and adheres to the required quality standards.
